Three Days of The Condo
When Frasier becomes fed up with the strict rules governing his condo complex, he decides to attend his first condo association meeting. There, he begins hearing from other disgruntled residents who have all had run-ins with the current head of the group, Ms. Langer. Frasier even has an encounter with “Deep Throat,” who tells Frasier it’s his duty to run for condo board president.
Driving Frasier’s c ampaign is his annoyance a t the “pink s lips” Ms. Langer issues for even the most minute infraction. Frasier prepares a passionate speech outlining all of the reasons why he would make a better condo president, and highlights a “pink slip” incident involving his father. Unfortunately, Frasier misunderstands why the slip was issued and winds up making a complete fool of himself at the election.
Meanwhile, Niles lends his condo to Martin and Sherry for a night after Martin complains about the lack of privacy in Frasier’s place. However, when Niles walks in on Martin and Sherry in a compromising position, he finds it hard to look either one of them in the eye!
