Three Blind Dates
Niles, Roz and Martin decide it’s time to jump-start Frasier’s love life by fixing him up with three different women.
Daphne and Niles pick September 1st as their wedding date, and Roz happily agrees to serve as Daphne’s maid of honor. With so much romance in the air, they can’t help wishing Frasier could find someone special. Roz suggests they play matchmaker for him. Niles thinks he has the ideal woman – a former patient named Lisa, who runs a local bookstore.
Concerned about the ethics of fixing his brother up with a client, Niles conspires to have Frasier “accidentally” run into Lisa at her shop. The plan fizzles and Frasier ends up leaving the store before he’s had a chance to meet Lisa. That evening, Roz brings her friend Suzanna to dinner at Frasier’s place. Things get off to a good start – until Suzanna, who’s a painter, storms out after discovering that Frasier bought a piece of art from a rival artist she detests.
Martin offers to arrange a blind date for Frasier with Kris, a legal secretary in the building where Martin works. Frasier meets the blonde, bubbly beauty at a local bar, where she’s so popular with the other male patrons, she barely pays any attention to Frasier. Kris sends Frasier on an errand to the dry cleaner next door to the bar. There, he strikes up a conversation with a lovely customer in line. As fate would have it, the woman turns out to be Lisa, who gladly accepts Frasier’s invitation for coffee.
