The Santinis wedding was more like a cheesy striptease than the classic wedding they had hoped for. The day of their wedding, the seamstress disappeared with all of the bridesmaids’ dresses, leaving the wedding party stranded. Dana and Mike Santini have been married for 18 years, but to this day their wedding day still haunts them. The disaster started when none of the bridesmaids dresses showed up. Already delayed two hours, Dana's grandmother had the brilliant idea to have all the ladies wear the groomsmen tuxedo shirts - Chippendale's inspired and the Groomsmen would go shirtless. The disasters spiraled out of control from there. By the time the reception started, people were stripping off their shirts at the reception, the food was cold, and it was too dark for portraits. Diann Valentine gives this deserving couple an I DO OVER and a chance to redress all that went wrong!
First on her re-do list is to take Dana for a new custom-made wedding dress, but the surprises don't end there. Diann invites Dana's original bridesmaids to help put the past behind them once and for all as they set fire to the one relic bridesmaid dress Dana had saved! Only new and improved wedding memories for this do over!
The Santini's want a classic old Hollywood themed wedding, so Diann takes husband Mike and their three kids for some Hollywood inspired tuxedos. The kids give dad an ear full that Mom will not approve of the top hats and gloves Dad wants… but Dad overrides his kids. Only wedding day will tell if it's a new clothing disaster or not.
Then it's off to get the cake, flowers, linens and menu! But it's the photo disaster that has got Diann thinking. To help banish the bad memories forever, what better than create a Hollywood inspired set with magazine worthy photos by Celebrity wedding photographer Mike Colon to give them lasting memories. On wedding day it's a race to the alter. Diann must make sure that the bridesmaids' dresses are on time and approved by the bride, and that the redo reception will live up to 18 years of expectations!
