Born and bred on the beaches of Southern California, avid surfer Conrad has been Melissa’s dear friend for years. When he was down on his luck, Melissa offered him a place to live until he could find a job. Since then, Conrad has bounced back and is now living on his own. A successful real estate broker, "Uncle Conrad" is still Melissa’s rock. He is there for her – and Cooper – through all the ups and downs. Conrad may be out of the house, but he will always be a huge part of Melissa’s life.
