Kendra’s Kid-Friendly Recipe (that You’ll Love Too)

WE asked Kendra for Little Hank’s favorite recipe and who would have guessed he’s obsessed with this smoothie?! Share it out to your friends so they can try it on their kids too!

Broccoli and Fruit Smoothie

– 1 cup of raw broccoli
– 1 cup strawberries
– 1 cup raspberries
– ½ raw apple
– 1 cup orange juice (or pineapple juice or any juice)
– 5 ice cubes

*Put it all in a blender and blend until pureed.

Note from Kendra: I know it may sound weird with broccoli but you can’t even taste it with the fruit and you get all the nutrients!  Trust me!  It’s really good!
