WE tv's original series My Fair Wedding is in its fifth season.  A bride knows what she wants for her wedding — the dress, the flowers, even the icing on the cake! But with only a few weeks before the big day, celebrity event planner David Tutera shows up and changes everything. How exactly will he tackle these brides’ outlandish ideas to give them a wedding beyond their imagination?   David sits down with the bride, he learns her style, likes and dislikes before taking over everything, creating her fairytale wedding in a short period of time. 

In this new season, the stakes are even higher as David works his magic in more ways than one.  As he rolls up his sleeves in preparation for each wedding takeover, David discovers there’s more to each bride than meets the eye.  Whether she wants a shabby chic-themed wedding, entirely goth ceremony, picnic or dragonfly décor, it’s up to David to uncover what she’s really trying to say and translate that into a glamorous, stylish and unforgettable affair.  For David, making the day extraordinarily special begins with understanding each bride’s moving personal story — which this season includes overcoming a stroke, an eating disorder, the loss of a child or parent and job loss, amongst others.
