Notes from My Fair Wedding production team Pilgrim Films: David always tells his brides to dream bigger, and when it came to his design for the reception space for our “control” bride, he wanted his design to be bigger. As in 2,000 Japanese lanterns. What’s so tough about that? All 2,000 lanterns had to be put together by hand and attached to each other with fishing wire. Then all of purple orbs had to be attached to the ceiling trusses of the space. 4 people were assigned to this and it took 2 days to put together the lanterns!
