10 is Enough
In preparation for their possible move to Florida, Jenny and Bryan rent out their home and move in with Jenny’s parents, Bob and Sue. Jenny works like crazy while Bryan studies for his test, while Bob and Sue help take care of the Sextuplets.
Moving day! It’s not the “big” move to Florida, but the Masches have to leave their home so they can rent it out. And fast! Jenny swears she told Bryan they had to move in two days, but Bryan insists he had no idea. The result is a chaotic day of packing made more difficult by six two-year-olds constantly underfoot.
Jenny's parents, Bob and Sue, arrive to save the day. They manage to get things packed up and out, and Jenny says goodbye to their first family home. The family moves in temporarily with Jenny’s parents. The extra help with the six kids is more than welcome, but quarters are tight for 10! To make matters worse, now that they're living in the town of Camp Verde, Arizona, Jenny's commute has increased to four hours each way, four days a week. Some nights she doesn't get home until 4 am, then wakes up with the kids at 8am.
There's a growing mess, endless laundry, and with Jenny still working as a Physicians’ Assistant, and Bryan studying for an exam to become a financial planner, the two only “see” each other when they're sleeping. Bryan isn't much help – the exam has him under huge pressure and their lives depend on it. If he passes, Bryan can start a new career as a financial planner, and the family will move and begin a new life in Florida. If he fails, he won’t have a job and moving is out of the question.
Jenny’s parents take Jenny and the sextuplets on an overnight camping trip with their extended family. They're surrounded by the great outdoors, and the only person missing is Bryan – he stays behind to spend twelve hours a day hitting the books. Finally, it’s time to take the test! Jenny and Bryan drive to Flagstaff, Arizona, where they spend the night together before his grueling, six-hour exam. When he calls Jenny with the results, Bryan gives her some surprising news – news she didn't quite expect…
