There’s her younger sister, Jackie Harris (Laurie Metcalf), who was also her best friend. Not a stranger to drama in her own life, Jackie would also have may jobs before opening the diner with Roseanne, including, truck driver and police officer.  Always looking for the right man, Jackie would find herself inevitably with the wrong one. But one relationship would eventually help her find “Mr. Right,” which actually turned out to be her baby boy, Andy (Garrett/Kent Hazen), fathered by ex-husband Fred (Michael O’Keefe).
