Eileen grew up in South Fallsburg, NY. In her 20s she went to school, got married, had 2 children and spent most of her adult life juggling motherhood with a career leaving her little time to concentrate on herself. According to Eileen, “One of the best parts of retirement is getting a chance to do so many things I was too busy to do when I was younger.”
Eileen is currently running in the Ms. Senior Arizona Pageant, which motivates and encourages women to utilize their full potential and share a positive outlook on life. She is also involved in many different activities, from drama club to Reader’s Theatre, Jazzercise and the gym. She is beginning golf lessons, she loves dancing with her husband and loves to cook and entertain. She also volunteers her time and donates sales of her jewelry to raise funds for charities. One in particular she wants to become more involved in is called Interfaith Community Care. It’s a not-for-profit, non-denominational human services agency that provides adult day programs for senior citizens including Alzheimer’s patients needs as well as child development programs.
