All 6 mamas get together for a day of relaxation at the spa – but even as they pamper their bodies, they can’t help but talk about all the things they’d like to change about their post-multiples figures. Teryn is about to go in for a tummy tuck, while Stephanie announces that she’d like to get breast implants. Casey and Suz try to convince Stephanie to be conservative when it comes to her implants, but Stephanie is having none of it.

When the morning of Teryn’s surgery arrives, all her excitement has been replaced with serious doubt. Her husband, Ryan, does his best to keep the mood light, but underneath his bravado, its clear he’s nervous as well.

That same morning, Stephanie and her husband Jerald are nervous for a very different reason. They are packing the kids into the car for the long drive to Paris, Texas to see Jerald’s family. Always one to be prepared, Stephanie makes sure to pack an arsenal of rifles and handguns for the trip – just the thing you need when visiting your in-laws.

It’s a night for romance for the Hickey family as Steve takes Candace out for a standard date night  - which includes dinner, flowers, jewelry and even poetry. Candace has nothing but praise for her husband as well - if only all women could have a husband like Steve.

Romance is more of a struggle for Casey and Robbie. It takes multiple attempts just to get their multiples in bed for the night. Eager to take advantage of a few moments peace in their own home, they retreat to their hot tub. At first, Casey can only talk about how self-conscious she feels in a bathing suit, but with some encouragement from Robbie, she relaxes and they have some kinky fun with whipped cream.

Tonia’s love life is non-existent since her last blind date. She receives a text from the guy asking to go out again – but Candace insists that he should be calling on the phone and advises Tonia not to answer.

Paris, France is a city for love. But Paris, Texas, brings nothing but trouble for Stephanie and her family. From unscheduled potty breaks, to her son stepping on a rusty nail, to being slighted by her in-laws, Stephanie just can’t catch a break.

Suz has struggles of her own as she learns that her daughter Savannah, who has had kidney problems since birth, will need to have surgery for the fourth time. Suz tries to convince Savannah that everything will be alright, but she can’t help but worry for her little girl who has already endured so much in three short years.
