Heather and Lori’s new charity initiative proves impossible to tackle when their constant bickering eventually starts to affect the entire Cupcakes team – but when Heather and Lori undergo some couples’ counseling to move past their differences, things go from bad to worse and the Cupcake Girls are forced to question whether they will ever be able to see eye to eye again.  Meanwhile, we learn of Kathie’s past battle with breast cancer as she goes in for her regular mammogram in hopes of reaching her two year cancer free anniversary.
