Give yourself a break, take some time out, turn your phone off and hunker down for some Me Time. You need to think long and hard, the pressure of daily life notwithstanding. You need to do that thing that everyone always says NOT to do and look backwards, behind, over your shoulder, at where you were this time last year and at the road you’ve since travelled. Are you happy with how far you have come? Have you ended up on a tangent detour which has totally thrown you off your path?
