I couldn’t believe Jaime would bring the kids up to LA to surprise Tahiti without discussing it with me and Presley first. Yes, it was very nice of her, but very stupid too! We have our first performance ever coming up in a few days and we needed to be focused and now we’ve completely lost Tahiti’s attention. As a group, you are as strong as your weakest player. I can’t rehearse alone – it doesn’t make us as a group better – so we all need to get our s@#$ together if we really want this to work. I understand that I don’t have the same obligations that Tahiti and Jaime do, but if they want to be in this group and want it to be successful, then sacrifices need to be made.
When we met with Nick Cooper, I realized how out of sync we are as a group and we have a lot to work on and his vocal bootcamp could not have come at a better time. You see, he doesn’t sugar coat anything and we needed to hear what he had to say. He is so constructive and enlightening and it was the most memorable vocal lesson I’ve ever had. We use his techniques to this very day and I’m very grateful we met him.
Our first show ever and it’s in our hometown, Honolulu – how exciting! I was extremely worried because my sisters don’t believe we can pull it together in time and if they have no faith in us… who will? As for Ben, you’ll soon see things escalade from bad to worse really quickly in the next episode so stay tuned and find out what happens to your favorite sister group from Hawaii.
Episode 3 secret: I’m wearing press-on nails. I know what you’re thinking but its hard to film, rehearse, go to the studio and try to get my nails done! A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do to keep it cute!
These fabulous sisters didn’t miss a beat while doing press in New York for their show this week. They were first greeted with their faces scrolling on the Time Square Marquee, every star’s dream. Then they hit all the stops – The Today Show, Good Day New York, Bethenny, Fox & Friends, Live from the Couch. It was a busy trip but they never dropped those beautiful smiles and their outfits were always on point. After the interviews New York was buzzing with excitement for the premiere on WE tv this Friday at 9pm. Click here to see exclusive photos from their trip.
Jaime, Tiara, Tahiti and Presley – otherwise known as The Lylas – have been busy this week! Leading up to the show’s premiere, the girls were invited to be “friends” with Elisabeth Hasselbeck, meet the ultimate skinny girl, Bethenny Frankel, have a seat on The Couch with Jodi Applegate and John Elliott.
The anticipation leading up to the big premiere Friday at 9|8c has also grown among fans of the girls! Check out what’s been going down on Twitter and be present for every step of the journey!

After Gabe proved to Trina he was willing to do what it took to win back her trust and her heart, Trina allowed him to move back into the house. While Trina is packing for Canada, she goes through all the loose ends Gabe will need to tie up in her absence, including looking after the kids. It seems like Gabe and Trina have made quite a comfortable life for the two boys. BFVQuote: “What is he gonna do? ‘Oh, my mom will pick you up at 7.’ That ain’t hot!”
The sisters arrive on the set of Toni’s movie in Vancouver, Canada, while Vince stays back at the hotel to get some work done. Does this still count as Velcro? BFVQuote: “I’m just here for some sister time and some mommy time, and that’s it!” When the girls get to Toni’s trailer, they immediately ask her about the stank smell outside. Because she is on set with fields of berries surrounding her, the smell of manure is overwhelming. BFVQuote: “That’s not blueberry, that’s poopberry.” With the smell being a major deterrent, it doesn’t look like the sisters will give in to Toni’s plan to go blueberry picking. BFVQuote: “No, Ton. That’s stinkerization.”
Toni shows the sisters around set, and introduces them to the crew. BFVQuote: “When you see your family and they’re all on one accord, that’s the greatest thing in the world.” It looks like the sisters are really on their best behavior, and are trying their hardest to get along. The church set even reminds the sisters of their father’s first church when he was a minister. As they starts dancing in the pews of the church, they are immediately transported back to their childhood.
While Toni is working on the movie, the sisters will be checking out the sites and bonding with nature. They start with a 450 foot suspended bridge that is 230+ ft in the air. Someone really should have warned Tamar about this before the start of the tour. BFVQuote: “Everyone knows that is not my tszuj. She don’t do that.” It looks like Tamar is about to lose her dang mind, and quickly bolts in the same direction she just came from. BFVQuote: “She doesn’t have time to be losing her life or cracking this face because the girls want to walk across some damn bridge.” The girls make it across the bridge only to be rewarded by a view of more trees. BFVQuote: “Where is my reward? Where’s my glass of wine? There is no rain forest bar or something around here?” Next is the cliff walk. This day of outdoor adventure is turning into a day of outdoor complaining. Tamar refuses to do the cliff walk at the first mention of “cliff” despite the coaxing and convincing of the girls and the tour guide. BFVQuote: “Let’s go to drinks. Let’s go to Neiman’s. This is not funners.” At least the sisters can have a good time and break into random song when the mention of a “fertile tree” comes into play.
We don’t get to see the argument between the sisters and Tamar, but it must have been really bad for Trina, Traci, and Towanda to pick up and leave. BFVQuote: “If I had known that was a sister moment, he wouldn’t have come.” It looks like Vince’s presence may have been what set them off, and because of that it looks like Tamar and Vince will be on the next plane back to L.A.
The sisters go blueberry picking without Tamar, and Toni is still very confused as to what exactly happened to make Tamar back out of the sister outing. Despite the clear absence of Tamar, the sisters are able to carry on and focus their energy on something productive… like making fun of Trina’s Canadian accent. BFVQuote: “Trina is really Canadian. I don’t know where my mom and dad got her from. There, I said it.” As the sisters pick their bushels of blueberries, they fill Toni in on what happened over drinks between them and Tamar. BFVQuote: “You know, Vincent is the sixth sister.” Toni is shocked to hear that Tamar and Vince are leaving after the argument over drinks, and wants to know exactly what happened. Toni decides to call Tamar, but she is not budging. She refuses to come to Toni’s house to hash it out. Tamar’s lack of flexibility seems to now even be frustrating Toni. BFVQuote: “Towanda is at her boiling point. Tamar is at her boiling point. All I can do right now is reach out to Tamar again and get her to join us for dinner with Mommy tonight.”
Toni still couldn’t convince Tamar to join the ladies for dinner, and it is very disappointing since it is unclear when they all will have an opportunity to clear the air. Evelyn notices Tamar’s absence, and asks the girls to tell her the full story. After the second recap of the episode, Mama E brings a little perspective to the ladies. BFVQuote: “What is wrong with sister time? Nothing wrong with that.” Evelyn agrees that she needs to find out what is going on with Tamar, but it’s “madness.” It’s true that Tamar would have a fit if her husband wasn’t around, but one of the other sisters’ husbands was spending time with them on a “sister trip.” BFVQuote: “Why are there double standards?” Leave it to Trina to break the tension. BFVQuote: “You have really small eyes. Little baby ones. And little potato chip ears.” As if the sisters need any more drama on this trip, Toni’s assistant, Alex has been arrested for talking on his cellphone while driving and for having glasses with alcohol remnants in the back of the seat. BFVQuote: “I think Alex is about to find out what the inside of a Canadian jail looks like.” Judging by that slow hand raise, WE think Trina had something to do with those glasses of alcohol. Luckily, Alex’s charges were dropped but Toni wants Trina to sweat. BFVQuote: “We are the Braxtons and you’ll see that we are full of confusion, drama and crime. That’s us!”
Back in L.A. Tamar and Evelyn get a chance to go out to lunch alone and talk about the issues that have been going on with the sisters. BFVQuote: “You’re acting like fools if I must say myself.” Because of Tamar’s lack of attendance at dinner in Vancouver, it forced Evelyn to hear the girls’ side of the story. Now it’s Tamar’s turn. When hearing Tamar’s side of the story, it seems like the sisters are ganging up on her and she is being treated a bit unfairly because of certain feelings each of them may have. BFVQuote: “When you sit down and talk, you will find out what they feel you have done.” Ms. E is losing patience with this situation, and is giving the girls no other option than to fix the problem.
Towanda comes to L.A. to talk to Tamar, and hopefully this will help rectify the issues that have been plaguing the sisterhood. However, it seems like Tamar’s attitude isn’t in the right place for this type of conversation since she has been on her phone as the two sisters sat in silence. Tamar thinks the sisters have been very cliquey, and she is just not in that inner circle. BFVQuote:”My issue is you haven’t been transparent.” The spinoff show, Tamar & Vince seems to be the root of the issues, with the sisters feeling they should have been told personally about the opportunity. BFVQuote: “Why am I on camera defending my character again? This is fuckin’ ridiculous.” Tamar apologizes for getting her own spinoff, but that isn’t quite the issue. The issue is that the sisters felt like Tamar didn’t want to work with them anymore, got her own show, and then wanted them to be on the show. WE admit, that’s a bit confusing! BFVQuote: “It’s not going to be resolved in this one sitting.” When nothing can be resolved, Tamar gets up and walks out. Clearly, WE have a long way to go before this gets resolved, fans!
Will the sisters resolve anything? WE don’t even know what to speculate for next week. What do you think?
They’re baaaaaaaack! It is so good to see the Braxton ladies, especially since all of the women have been on the grind pursuing new endeavors.
Tamar is riding the baby train due to Vince’s recent health problems, and visits with a specialist to get some tests done and talk strategy. But Tamar, how you gonna be a mama when you squirm like a little girl when getting blood taken? It looks like you have ants in your pants! Next, Dr. Toner walks Tamar through the examination he will do to make sure she is able to carry a baby. BFVQuote: “I didn’t want to be the person to hold Vince back from being a father.”
At Trina’s house, Tamar is creating a new hot single using Trina’s doorbell. If we were Trina, we would have flipped! BFVQuote: “That’s dope!” BFVQuote: “No it’s not. That’s dumb!” Trina gets right down to baby business to find out that Tamar had quote an interesting procedure. BFVQuote: “He novocained my coochie!” With Towanda still in the running as surrogate, Tamar has to decide what her next course of action will be. BFVQuote: “This is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders.” Tamar has a lot she would like to accomplish for her music career, and a baby may not exactly fit into her schedule. Toni has also asked the sisters to help her audition new background singers, and Trina and Tamar look like they will be tough critics! BFVQuote: “If you have stretch marks and your stomach is touching your leg when you sit down that that’s a problem.”
Towanda and Andre head to lunch so Towanda can sit him down and discuss her possible surrogacy. BFVQuote: “She’s a good aunt, but a mother is a totally different thing.” Luckily, Towanda is guzzling that wine to build up some liquid courage to drop the bomb. Poor Andre just looks plain, old confused. For someone who didn’t want to have any more kids, Andre doesn’t understand why Towanda would agree to this. Andre’s concerns vary between complication of birth, medical builds, and the impression of his two children. While WE understand why Towanda is offering to be a surrogate for Tamar, WE totally understand Andre’s valid concerns. BFVQuote: “Nobody cares about Andre, nobody cares about Braxton, nobody cares about Brooke.” Andre is concerned this is just another instance where the sisters are using Towanda and taking advantage of her generosity. BFVQuote: “Is Vince gonna be there looking at your cutie cutie?” I mean, that is a valid question… right? Andre just wants everyone to take everyone into consideration.
Tamar and Trina sit down for dinner with Mama E to see how her life coaching business is going. BFVQuote: “Bless Tamar’s womb!” Mama E already has a bunch of clients lined up, so business seems to be going extremely well. Mama E has a lot of experience from being a youth counselor and a pastor. BFVQuote: “Shhhhh! Why you always going in preaching mode?” Tamar does do a spot on impression of Mama E though!
Finally, Toni’s audition for new background singers is underway. BFVQuote: “Get ready. Imma torture you. You wish you never sung before a day in your life.” Are WE the only ones that are scared? BFVQuote: “It’s time for her to find little chickadees that she can make her pet.” Toni will miss having her sisters on the road with her, but it is the right decision for everyone to explore new options. BFVQuote: “If they’re rachet, they’re wack, they’re pornstars, they’re video hoes, and stuff like that then I can pick them out. You have to go!” Something we definitely learned from this audition is when Toni Braxton asks you to sing, you do not perform Chaka Khan! Girl, save that for the karaoke bar because you just BLEW this audition. BFVQuote: “I can’t worry about being nice right now.” But Towanda, Towanda, Towanda… how did you not know the right lyrics to “Man Enough For Me” when you have probably performed it with Toni over 1,000 times? You’re lucky you didn’t have to audition in front of a panel like these girls, or else Tamar would have called you out with a quickness! But, the best part of this audition was Tamar’s impersonation of Toni. WE were dying of laughter. Between this impression and the one of Mama E, WE think Tamar could have a career in this. But, congratulations to all Toni’s background singers. You made it through one tough audition. BFVQuote: “You can’t be singing behind my sister looking like Ronald McDonald. Have several seats, and the first one should be at the hair salon.”
While her daughters are being tougher than the judges on American Idol, Evelyn meets up with Doc to form a working partnership to help grow her life coaching business. Since Mama E deals with the mind, body, and spirit only, Doc can offer expertise in weight management, body image, and more. Looks like Mama E’s business is a one stop shop for women needing that extra boost of self esteem.
BFVQuote: “I just think someone else carrying my baby is a great idea because I still get to live my life. I still get to drop it like its hot, pick it up, I can laugh and not pee and still have regular things go on in my life.” Vince doesn’t seem too on board with Towanda carrying his baby. BFVQuote: “I am not rubbing Towanda’s belly.” Oh Vince! WE think Vince and Tamar need to get on the same page before moving forward with any of this baby stuff. BFVQuote: “May they all be from ‘Tribe Ugly.’”
Do you think Towanda is making the right decision to be a surrogate for Tamar? Were the sisters a bit harsh during the audition? Is Tamar really ready to be a mommy? Let us know what you think!

I loved going back to ride past places and being able to remind ourselves of where we came from. It’s so important to understand and appreciate your start; don’t hold on to the past, but don’t forget it either – it matters.
The foundation that my parents and church family laid for us, why and how Mary Mary came to be is so important. So, what we give the world is what they gave us. Going through what we did and being strong enough to seek out counsel and wisdom of others shows that my mom and the therapist was good for both of us. Erica & I are different from each other but necessary to each other. E is my blood that will always be more important than any song, concert or career.
With Tina breaking the pregnancy news to all the VIPs in her life, the fate of Mary Mary and their demanding schedule hang in the balance. Goo introduces Justin to Erica and Tina, and Warryn takes Erica on a baby-moon.
Tina and Erica get home from the sisters weekend and break the news to the family. The news is not met with all cheers and joyfulness. MMQuote: “There can be some pretty serious consequences from her being pregnant and her being gone from her fans so long.” At this point, Honey seems to be the only one truly excited about the news. MMQuote: “I was so tickled when she told me.”
Tina is apprehensive to tell Teddy about the pregnancy, as she feels it will make her feel worse about the pregnancy. MMQuote: “My biggest fear about telling Teddy was he would feel what I felt.” The news takes Teddy by surprise. MMQuote: “I’m shocked. I wasn’t ready for that. We’re gonna have 5 kids… and that’s just a lot.” Talking about the overwhelming tasks that come with parenting, Teddy makes Tina realize that God would not keep giving them children without the help they will need to be great parents. With Teddy refusing to think about the magnitude of the pregnancy, Tina seems to be the only one overly concerned. MMQuote: I’m pregnant and I’m emotional. Just let me have my moment.”
Goo’s boyfriend Justin is coming in from Atlanta, and they will go on a triple date with Erica and Tina. Wanting to always look fresh, Goo goes shopping with Alana to find the perfect outfit. Alana and Goo both know Justin will be peppered with a slew of questions from all four family members. MMQuote: “Erica and Tina are going to come at him hard and he may think he’s doomed. But he’s not.” Goo is a little concerned though, especially with what Teddy and Warryn will say. However, Goo thinks this will definitely show what type of man Justin is. If he breaks a sweat, she may not want to be with someone like that.
While discussing the pregnancy and how it relates to the sisters’ careers, Honey sheds some light on the main issues. MMQuote: “These pregnancies are bumping heads and its causing all types of confusion right now.” Tina doesn’t believe that not committing to every opportunity is going to affect their career, but Erica sees it differently. MMQuote: “It hasn’t been 11 years so we can do what we can. We’ll do the most, and we’ll push the most, and we’ll drive the most.” Erica just wants Tina to recognize that this will affect the planning of their tour and other appearances.
With Justin getting ready to come to LA, Goo asks if Justin is prepared for his visit. Being a little confused with what Goo means, she describes her family like a pack of guard dogs. MMQuote: “My family ain’t no easy win. I know you got it, but I just want to prepare you.” If Justin wasn’t nervous enough, he will definitely be pushed over the edge after this conversation. Goo feels like Justin could be the man she spends the rest of her life with, so it is extra important Tina and Erica get to know him the way she has, and be quiet!
With Erica being pregnant with her third child, Warryn wants to take time to relax and focus just on Erica. He’s a self proclaimed Mr. Romance, and will get something together to “wow” Erica.
Even though Tina is having some sisterly time at Erica’s house, work and Mitch always seems to work themselves into the schedule. MMQuote: “If business comes up, and he knows we’re together, he’s gonna call.” Treiva seems to be cracking the whip along with Mitch and insists the sister have this call. MMQuote: “My worst fear has come to life. They offered us a performance spot today!” It is amazing for the sisters to get this type of request, and they are ELATED! However, the Grammy’s are happening on Erica’s due date, so there are some serious concerns. Tina and Erica need to get back to Mitch with whether or not they think Mary Mary will be able to perform.
Warryn goes to Jason of Beverly Hills to get Erica a gift for having their third child. Hopefully Warryn can hold it together and pick a great gift while being distracted by shiny objects. Warryn finally finds the perfect push gift, and knows Erica will be 100% surprised.
MMQuote: “So we’re getting ready to go out to dinner and meet Justin, aka ‘GooGoo’s boo’. And we’re gonna see if this dude is good enough to be with GooGoo.” Warryn agrees with Teddy’s sentiment, and wants to make sure this person is right for Goo. As the couple shows up to dinner, we are afraid to watch the buzzards circle. MMQuote: “You got to suss him out. See what he’s like…. Do you have some shift eyes? Do you know how to shake somebody’s hand? Are you scary?” With Teddy being concerned about Justin’s “untrustworthy perfect eyebrows”, we are not sure how this is going to play out. As the sisters and brother-in-laws play 21 questions, Tina asks the most important question in our opinions, MMQuote: “Were you a hoe?” Oh, this is getting GOOD! But, we want to congratulate Justin on a job well done with this interrogation. However, you may have wanted to not mention the part about uprooting Goo from her family, and moving her to Atlanta. This has gone from good to bad in about 5 minutes, but at least the subject was changed to Steve Urkel glasses and men of God. You may have redeemed yourself, Justin! MMQuote: “You did good, GooGoo! You did good!” MMQuote: “Let’s toast this man. He’s a good man.”
Erica decides that she needs to explore options of how to naturally induce labor… like castor oil. Yuck! With the discussions of primrose, cervix massaging, and the imitation of horses, WE just feel all sorts of uncomfortable.
The sisters have another business meeting with Mitchell, and Tina is FINALLY ready to tell Mitchell she is pregnant. MMQuote: “If he responds the wrong way, there is gonna be problems with this professional relationship.” Mitch looks like he saw a ghost when Tina finally breaks the news to him. MMQuote: “I am freaking miserable right now. My husband and I weren’t planning on having another baby.” Mitch is a bit overwhelmed and cannot believe what he is hearing. With touring not being the only part of Mary Mary’s plan, there is hope that they can still get through it. As a silver lining, Erica has decided to commit to perform at the Grammy’s as she will induce her labor in a healthy manner.
Warryn takes Erica aboard a yacht for her baby-moon, and it looks like this is going to be a romantic time for the couple. MMQuote: “Warryn is the best. This man does it right.” But with the seas looking a bit rough, this romantic baby-moon may get a bit rocky. Warryn cracks up when poor Erica practically does a backwards summersault off of her chair and onto the boat deck. MMQuote: “I know I have something special that will eventually turn this night around for the better.” To mark the many years Erica and Warryn have been together, Warryn presents Erica with a gorgeous “will you stay with me?” ring. We think it is so sweet when Erica serenades Warryn. It is obvious how much love this couple has between them. The conversation quickly turns to work, and the subject of Tina’s pregnancy. MMQuote: “She has serious trust issues.” The main concern is the fear of saying no to more and more events, and this will affect the future of Mary Mary. When Erica brings up the idea of inducing, Warryn is not a fan of the idea because of the health risks for Erica and the baby. MMQuote: “As the father of that child and her husband, I am definitely putting both feet down.” Erica feels the ultimate decision is hers since it is her body.
At Tina and Teddy’s house, the couple sits all the kids down to announce they are having a baby. All four kids are super excited. MMQuote: “If it’s a boy, I want to call it noodle.”
Will Tina not be able to deal with the additional stress of another child? Will all this baby mama drama lead to the breakup of Mary Mary? Let us know what you think!
While Tina keeps wondering if she is indeed pregnant, the sisters arrange a “Sister Trip” with some laughter and pole dancing lessons.
The sisters get together at Erica’s house with Goo to record a vlog for the fans, and it makes Erica miss the stage, the band, the music, and the fans. After the vlog is recorded, Tina confides in Goo and Erica that she still thinks she is pregnant, despite the negative test result at Dr. Freedman’s office. Another baby could mean another postponed tour, so Erica does not hide her reservations. With the sisters arguing about Erica’s planned pregnancy vs. unplanned pregnancy, they need someone to set the record straight. MMQuote: “Mitchell Solarek did not get the memo.” With Tina not 100% sure she is actually pregnant, this argument is a moot point. MMQuote: “We ain’t gonna react to a might or maybe.”
Tina, Erica and GooGoo head out to do a little shopping. MMQuote: “Even when I’m not styling them, I’m always styling Erica and Tina.” This outing gives the sisters time to catch up and talk about Goo’s new boyfriend, Justin (and when they get to meet him). MMQuote: “What’s his name? What’s his mamma’s name? Who’s his people?” With the sisterly warnings going into overdrive (MMQuote: “Who’s gonna come find your pieces?”), Goo is rightfully nervous about Justin meeting the family.
Erica calls Tina with the idea to go on a sister trip to Palm Springs. This trip may also include a pole dancing class. Tina is not having it. MMQuote: “You put a pole in it, it’s pole dancing. It ain’t no pole workout.” With pole dancing automatically involving the idea of strippers and unholy images, Erica is having a difficult time justifying this activity to Tina. As most conversations do among sisters, this turns into an argument. Thankfully, Tina knows when to concede. MMQuote: “If it is a workout, I’m all for it… I’m willing to try.”
Honey and Eddie come over to Erica’s for some family time, and Erica chooses to take this moment to tell them about the sisterly “stripper exercise class”. MMQuote: “Daddy doesn’t want to see his little girl up on a pole doing the bump and grind.” With Eddie talking about sowing his wild oats prior to marriage, the conversation takes a hysterical and uncomfortable turn. WE even blushed, and he’s not our father! The blushing continues when Honey shares her thoughts on the “exercise class”. MMQuote: “Just don’t get too freaky now.”
When Erica let’s Warryn know he will be having “daddy daycare”, he seems pretty excited (much to Erica’s surprise). MMQuote: “I can’t wait for Erica to leave. Get out. This is going to be risky business.” Hearing the comical differences in their parenting skills, makes us laugh out loud… although, we would suggest limiting the sugar intake, Warryn if you plan on getting any sleep.
The sisters depart for the weekend and pile onto a tour bus. With all nine women seated and ready to get the trip started, Erica brings up the special workout she arranged for the weekend. MMQuote: “I don’t want the devil to tempt me to show Justin the new moves that I learned.” With the focus being on fun and exercise, it looks like some of the sisters may warm up to the idea.
Once the sisters arrive in Palm Springs, they use their hotel issued maps to navigate the grounds and locate their rooms. MMQuote: “This looks very bug-bed-ish.” With the amenities not being quite up to par (concrete floors should NEVER be ok!) we are curious to see how Tina adapts to the situation. MMQuote: “This might be eco-friendly, but it ain’t Tina-friendly.” With the trip being all about sister-time, the sisters decide to go with the flow and remain at the hotel. MMQuote: “Someone pray for me!”
While the sisters are enjoying brunch, everyone decides to broach the subject of Tina’s pregnancy. MMQuote: “Thank God the phone rings and Mama calls so we can talk about something else!” As the sisters arrange to break off for afternoon festivities, Lisa and Erica invite Goo to the spa with them so they can pass along their wisdom… and question her about Justin! After spa treatments and doom-buggying, the sisters will get ready for their “exercise class”. MMQuote: “You’re too sexy for your pants?”
At Tina’s house, it looks like complete and utter mayhem with children running around and screaming at the top of their lungs. In order to make him aware of the trials that await him during married life, Warryn and Teddy invite Des over for dinner. MMQuote: “I don’t want him to be able to tell us, ‘Ya’ll didn’t tell me.’”
While 6 of the sisters are riding around the dessert, Goo is subject to the Grand Inquisition at the spa. Goo takes issue with Tina and Erica questioning how well she knows Justin, knowing that her eyes are completely open in her relationship. When Erica asks if Justin and Goo met at an event, Goo tells Lisa and Erica they met on Facebook. Goo, this is not going to settle Erica’s reservations! MMQuote: “I’m just happy to be happy.” Out on the desert, Tina and Alana have the “sex talk”. MMQuote: “You’re gonna be oversexed for the first couple of years… just be ready to be sleepy.” Oh boy, now that’s quite the conversation! Back at the spa, Erica is discussing her last doctor visit with Goo and Lisa, and the fact Tina chose that moment to announce she may be pregnant. With the majority thinking she is pregnant, Erica realizes she may need to discuss the future of Mary Mary with Tina.
After a day of fun and advice, it is time for the “pole workout class”. With overt sexuality being a no-no in the Atkins family, WE are unsure how this will unfold. Even though Tina sits off to the side, the sisters are laughing and having a great time. While Tina’s apprehension is understandable, Erica and the sisters are having a more difficult time understanding her objection to some of the moves. MMQuote: “I have that right. I ain’t condemning nobody else.” MMQuote: “Take a chill pill and relax. It’s not that deep.”
The younger sisters get dressed to death for a night out, while the older sisters are thinking about enjoying a pizza/pajama party in the hotel room. MMQuote: “Come on, Grandma!” Tina and Erica are worried about the revealing nature of the girls’ outfits. MMQuote: “I want to ask you ‘How much? How much, lady?’” No one wants to split up the group since the purpose of the trip was about being together, so the younger sisters agree to stay in and eat some pizza with their sisters. Since everyone is together, this is the perfect opportunity for Tina to take her pregnancy test. MMQuote: “I don’t want to take this pregnancy test, but they won’t let up.” If Tina is pregnant, the commitments Mary Mary have made for 2012 will need to be reassessed. With nine confirmations from her sisters and a positive test, Tina realizes she is in fact pregnant. MMQuote: “Erica is happy for Tina. But Mary is not happy to put her career on pause again.”
How will Teddy react to Tina’s pregnancy news? What is Mitch going to think? Is this the end of Mary Mary? Let us know what you think?
Whew Palm Springs! That was some kinda weekend! I was all out of my comfort zone, from the hotel accommodations, to the extra “special” workout class – to finding out that BABY No. 5 was on the way. I knew something wasn’t right with me – glad to find out I wasn’t extra crazy – just pregnant.
Teddy, the kids, and I cant wait for the new baby to arrive! Definitely in shock that night but as surprised as I was, I’m three times that much more excited to meet my baby. Thanks for tuning in guys and hangin’ out wit your girls Mary Mary! Keep watching & tell a friend
