Episode Summary: Jeremy grew up an only child in a household where the matriarch of his family was his grandmother. When Jeremy's grandmother died, his aunt told him she remembers his father, Donnie, being a good guy, but his grandmother didn't feel the same way and meddled in their relationship until she caused their divorce. Since then, Jeremy has been searching for his father and longing to hear his side of the story and avoid wasting anymore valuable time without a dad.

The Searchers: Jeremy - He wants to find out what kind of man his father, Donnie, is. Jeremy hopes to share his life, his two children from a previous marriage and his soon-to-be wife with his father.

The Searchees: Donnie - He's a trucker who has been living life on the road for more than 40 years. Jeremy soon learns that his father was cut out of his life by his grandmother's controlling ways and that his dad has been looking for him for years.
