Occupation: Editor-in-chief of Washingtonian Bride and Groom Jill Hudson Neal is a former fashion reporter and style editor for Washington Post Magazine who recently became bridal editor for Washingtonian Magazineʼs new offshoot Washingtonian Bride and Groom. Having spent years reporting on the dress and lifestyles of D.C.ʼs social elite, Jill knows what a fabulous wedding cake should look like. In addition, she brings some personal experience to the judgeʼs table: "I personally hated every minute of planning my own wedding," Neal admits. "I found it to be a really stressful time, and I hope that maybe we can offer a guide to women to make this a much easier process." Jill has an intelligent and elegant presence and offers a criticʼs perspective on the art of cake decorating. Having also created and written the online parenting column, “Still Me: A Cool Momʼs Guide to Staying Hip,” Jill says she can appeal in a fun and trendy way to WEtvʼs core audience. |
