On this episode of "The Wedding Planners," you will meet two planners with two very different styles. Shanna Lumpkin is a proper southern belle planner from Jackson, Mississippi while Orlando planner, Tammy, shoots from the hip in a no-nonsense style. Tammy Cowart will help an indecisive bride and her tough as nails fiancée plan their wedding at a Florida golf course. While the groom, Kevin, was stationed in Iraq with the Army, Tammy and her bride, Carolina, have been planning the ceremony and reception. But when Kevin returns he makes his opinions known. In Mississippi, Shanna Lumpkin is planning a wedding that seems more like a Broadway production than a down home southern ceremony. Shanna is directing the wedding of Anne and Justin, college sweethearts, in the picturesque town where they met and fell in love. There are 26 people in the wedding party, 300 guests and a parade through the town of Oxford, which is 3-hours from Shanna’s home base in Jackson, Mississippi. Luckily, this bridal shop owner, planner and new mom was a musical theatre major and knows how to perform under pressure. |
