No two Trash the Dress sessions Michael Maler Photography shoots are exactly alike. Each is story driven and catered specifically to the couple, since every bride has her own “trashing limits”. Nicole had no qualms about burning her beloved gown.
The team wanted a grungy, dilapidated, rundown site to set the scene. Michael and Jeff scouted locations, and decided on a hidden “ghost town”, complete with abandoned homes, broken windows, graffiti, and garbage strewn everywhere. Maler adds, “Once on location, it took the couple about .5 seconds to get into character. The entire place was truly inspiring.”
