Mezcal, Jalapeño-Infused Tequila, Green Chartreuse, Lemon, Angostura Bitters
1/2 ounce simple syrup 
1/2 ounce green chartreuse
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce mezcal
3/4 ounce jalapeño-infused tequila 
1 dash bitters, to finish

Combine all the ingredients except the bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a glass. Top the cocktail with one dash of Angostura bitters.
