Growing Up Hip Hop star Angela Simmons stopped by Hollywood Life to record a podcast during her press tour this week, and while she talked new ventures and mommy-hood, she remained tight-lipped about one thing...

Angela confessed that growing up in front of the cameras on her dad’s show, “Run’s House” gave her the taste of fame. When her father Rev. Run from RUN D.M.C. gave her and her siblings the option to do the show she couldn't say no!

She said she initially planned to go to college in Syracuse, but ended up going to the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan where she studied pattern making, then changed majors to business, then several others. She revealed she hasn’t finished her degree yet, but she just started back on the college path a few months ago!

She also dished on her clothing lines and boutique and said that while she has those things, going to school will give her the opportunity to learn more, because you can’t know everything just from experience. As for opening a store? She explained, “having a special place where people that shop with me have a place to actually touch the clothing was important to me."

When it comes to motherhood, Angela revealed she was a tough cookie by having her baby naturally, "I was prepared," she said. She told her doctor the baby would just fall out, and that's literally what happened, "It was a smooth delivery and I didn't feel anything!"

Angela didn't spill any spoilers on this season of #GUHH - she urged folks to just tune in and watch! But, she did say you won't see any wedding planning going on this season, and while she doesn't have a date set yet, she knows it will be a summer wedding! Even hinting at perhaps doing a wedding special!
