Behind the Bar: Fizzy Lizzie
It's been a long time coming, but Lizzie is finally heading home with Scott on this week's episode of Love After Lockup! To celebrate her release, WE're raising a toast with this “Fizzy Lizzie.” It's a bubbly champagne cocktail that's super refreshing with flavors of pink lemonade and raspberries.
Recipe: Fizzy Lizzie
8-10 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle of champagne
- 1 quart club soda
- 1 12-ounce can of pink lemonade frozen concentrate, thawed
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Lemon slices and raspberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a pitcher, combine the champagne, club soda, pink lemonade and fresh lemon juice (to taste). Stir well. Pour drinks into champagne flutes or stemless wine glasses and garnish with lemon slices and raspberries.
