So much went down on the last season of Growing Up Hip Hop that WE are just now catching our breath. Between Romeo going against his father's wishes to focus solely on the 'No Limits' empire to Angela's pregnancy, WE need to take a minute to recap the drama...

Basically, there were a lot of surprises...and a lot of drama.

Angela announced that she was engaged. And pregnant!

And even though she wouldn’t reveal the identity of her baby daddy, it didn’t take long for Romeo to dig up some dirt.

Speaking of Romeo, Master P. has been grooming him to take over the family business.

But, Romeo had other things on his mind.

And his father was not about it.

Ultimately, Romeo decided to do what he thought was best and put No Limit Records on hold to pursue his acting career.

It turns out that Romeo wasn’t the only one to snub his parents’ plans. Pepa has been insisting that her daughter go to college, but instead, Egypt wants to take time off to focus on her music career.

As far as Pepa is concerned, Egypt’s future was not open for discussion. And, with her high school graduation fast approaching, Egypt didn’t have time to argue with her mother.

So, she thought she’d be sneaky by booking studio time without her mother knowing. But, because Pepa is an absolute legend, she was quick to find out what her daughter was up to...

...and she was mad AF.

But when she heard Egypt’s song, she was seriously impressed.

What was not impressive, was Boogie’s DUI.

He was worried about jail time.

And his friends were worried about him.

And staged an intervention.

But Boogie wasn’t the only one with secrets. Everyone found out that Briana was in an abusive relationship. Luckily, she has some amazing friends who were ready and willing to help her.

And she was strong enough to finally walk away.

WE were impressed by Kristinia’s dedication to helping her friends through some of their darkest moments so WE weren’t surprised by how well she handled the drama in her own life. Her father, who she had been trying to reconnect with, landed himself back in jail.

And then the rumors started swirling about her father and Janet Jackson, and a long lost half sister.

Instead of blowing off the rumors, Kristinia put her skills to the test as she tried to get to the bottom of things.
