Recipe: Be My Honey

1 Serving

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• Pale ale
• Honey
• Sugar
• Lemon wheel, for garnish

Directions

Dip half the glass rim in honey and then in sugar; set aside. In a cocktail shaker, add gin and lemon juice. Shake and strain into honey-rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with pale ale and garnish with lemon wheel.
