Recipe: BooBerry Blitz

1 cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces vodka
• 1-2 ounces ginger beer
• 2 teaspoons organic sugar
• 15 fresh blueberries
• 1 lemon wedge
• Optional: blueberries & lemon slices for garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle lemon and sugar. Add blueberries and muddle until all of the blueberries are crushed. Pour in the vodka, cover and shake vigorously. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Strain cocktail over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish if desired.
