Did you see Mama June’s big reveal!? If you didn’t, you need to go and watch it right now, because it’s amazing! June went from not to hot when she shed over 300 pounds and is now a size four.  WE still cannot believe our eyes.

After a difficult recovery from her first round of surgery, June was hesitant to go under the knife again and toyed with the idea of keeping her infamous turkey neck. Luckily for June, her family wasn’t about to let her quit, and they were able to give her that boost of confidence she needed to move forward. WE are so glad she did, because she looks incredible!

Now that June has her new look, it’s time to find a date for Sugar Bear’s wedding. So far, June has been on three disastrous dates. With the wedding quickly approaching, she decided to leave her comfort zone and reach out to her second date - who, after discovering that June is almost blind, never called her again - to see if he’d be available to join her. June and her date cleared the air over dinner, but his upcoming business trip makes him unable to join June at the wedding.

While June is back to square one when it comes to finding a date for Sugar Bear’s wedding, Alana and Pumpkin are trying to figure out who’s going to tell her that Jennifer has rescinded her invitation. Once Mama June finds out that Jennifer is meddling again, WE think it’s going to be a battle of epic proportions!

In the meantime, here are a few ways that you can learn from June and motivate yourself this week.

1. TALK IT OUT.

June was having second thoughts about going through with her skin removal surgery. Her family, trainer, and manager came together to help June talk about her struggles and fears. Major changes can be scary for anyone, but talking it through can help. Find someone you trust, and whose opinion you value, and talk things out.

2. TAKE RISKS.

Not only did June risk her life to become the person she wants to be, but she also took a risk in reaching out to her date. Don’t let the fear of rejection hold you back. When you know what you want, be bold and go for it!
