Last week, Alana was all in on coaching June for the pageant, but June was not totally convinced it’s for her. It was up to Alana to convince June that she could do it, and give her some moves to help her along the way. Here are the pieces of advice WE loved from none other than Honey Boo Boo!

“This is why you should do the pageant! If you do the pageant, that can prove to people that you’re not gaining the weight back or anything, at least not any more weight. Haters are your motivators honey!”

“When you were younger, they used to say the olden days, now your got to keep it with the newer days.”

“June, confidence should be your middle name. So it should go like, June Confidence Shannon, ‘cause you got to know how to work it, work it, work it.”
