This week on Million Dollar Matchmaker, Instagrammer Christopher checked out of the Millionaire’s Club with his new match all thanks to Patti and her team! At first, Christopher came off flashy and superficial, but with Patti’s help she was able to teach him love lessons that opened HIM up to exposing his deeper, more intellectual side, which his date really vibed with.

When you’re so concerned with posing and finding the filters for the most epic ‘gram posts, it can be hard to see what’s right in front of you. WE had to know what Christopher thought of his real experience with Patti. Here’s what he had to say:

It was fun getting to know the women at the mingle, they were all very sweet. But the highlight of my experience was that my date was very intimate that it was very intimate. We were at home, it was different for me— it had a classy lack of flash. The downside of the date would have been trying to bake with someone I really didn’t know anything about. I actually found it quite embarrassing! The lack of time to really get to know the person I choose to go on the date" with was definitely a defining factor.

It is enjoyable to get to know someone on a much more intimate and personal level. The experience was definitely revealing of the pitfalls that I encounter on a regular basis. Usually, due to my lifestyle, I am forced into situations in which a much more materialistic approach is inevitable. So, it was absolutely refreshing to be in a situation in which most of that was taken out of the equation.

Patti was very straightforward, blunt and very directive. I have never met someone so outspoken in my life! Overall, I would definitely say that it was a good experience working with Patti. I truly believe that she was able to steer me in a correct direction, away from the falsehood of materialistic woes.
