Recipe: Boot Camp Bellini
- 16 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
- 4 oz. pink grapefruit juice
- .4 oz. pineapple juice
- Grapefruit twists, for garnish
Fill champagne flute with 4 ounces of champagne. Pour in 1 ounce of pink grapefruit juice and 1 ounce of pineapple juice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and enjoy!

In the spirit of summer, WE’re packing our bags and heading to camp – Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition, that is. On the season premiere, five couples will face the music in the fight to save their broken relationships. As Dr. Ish and Judge Toler push the campers to face their biggest issues in a heated debate, shocking secrets are exposed, and the fate of these romances are put to the test. It’ll take one (or more) of these “Happy Camper” cocktails to survive this explosive episode!
Recipe: Happy Camper
- 2 oz. gin
- .75 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- .5 oz. maraschino liqueur
- .25 oz. crème de cassis
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice; shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Recipe: Strawberry Tequila Soda
- 4 fresh strawberries
- Fresh basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 0.75 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- Soda water
Muddle three strawberries, two basil leaves, and 1 tsp. of sugar in a collins glass until sugar is incorporated. Add tequila and lime juice to the glass and mix with a spoon. Add ice to the glass. Top off with soda water until the glass is full. Garnish with 1 strawberry and a couple of basil leaves.

Recipe: Beats n’ Berries
- Muddled blackberry
- Fresh thyme
- 2 oz. gin
- 0.5 oz. blueberry simple syrup
- 0.5 oz. lemon
- Topped with seltzer
Add all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with dehydrated lemon and fresh thyme.
Blueberry simple syrup: Bring 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of blueberry on the stovetop and bring it to a boil then let it simmer for 10 minutes. Let it cool, strain and bottle the syrup.

- Fresh marjoram
- 1.5 oz. tequila
- 0.5 oz. mezcal
- 0.5 oz. black pepper vanilla syrup
- 0.5 oz. yuzu juice
- 2 dashes of saline solution
Add all ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake vigorously and strain into glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel and marjoram, as well as cracked black pepper.
Black pepper vanilla syrup: Split open 1 vanilla pod and add to 1 cup of simple syrup. Top with 50 cracks of black pepper, stir gently to mix and let it sit overnight.
Saline Solution: add 2 oz. of salt to 8 oz. of water, combine and shake.

- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. confetti cake mix
- 1 tsp. rainbow sprinkles
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Add all ingredients to a blender, add ice, and blend for a few seconds. Add whip cream and top with rainbow sprinkles.

Recipe: Jamaican Me Crazy
- 2 oz. Jamaican rum infused with hibiscus (2 dried hibiscus infused in 1 cup of rum overnight)
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz. brown sugar simple syrup
- 0.5 oz. lime juice
- Lime wheel and dried hibiscus, to garnish
Add all ingredients to the shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into glass.
Brown sugar simple syrup: On stovetop, heat up one cup of brown sugar to one cup of water and let it come to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.

Recipe: ‘Til WE Collapse
- 2 oz. Scotch
- 0.5 oz. lemon
- 0.5 oz. ginger honey syrup
- 1 oz. cream
- Egg white
- Lemon twist, to garnish
Add all ingredients in shaker, dry shake (shake without ice), add ice and continue shaking. Strain into glass with ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
Ginger Honey Syrup: Juice ginger, combine one cup of ginger juice to one cup of honey and half a cup of water to pot. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool and then strain.
