- Fresh marjoram
- 1.5 oz. tequila
- 0.5 oz. mezcal
- 0.5 oz. black pepper vanilla syrup
- 0.5 oz. yuzu juice
- 2 dashes of saline solution
Add all ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake vigorously and strain into glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel and marjoram, as well as cracked black pepper.
Black pepper vanilla syrup: Split open 1 vanilla pod and add to 1 cup of simple syrup. Top with 50 cracks of black pepper, stir gently to mix and let it sit overnight.
Saline Solution: add 2 oz. of salt to 8 oz. of water, combine and shake.

Recipe: Birthday Wreck
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. confetti cake mix
- 1 tsp. rainbow sprinkles
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Add all ingredients to a blender, add ice, and blend for a few seconds. Add whip cream and top with rainbow sprinkles.

Recipe: Jamaican Me Crazy
- 2 oz. Jamaican rum infused with hibiscus (2 dried hibiscus infused in 1 cup of rum overnight)
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz. brown sugar simple syrup
- 0.5 oz. lime juice
- Lime wheel and dried hibiscus, to garnish
Add all ingredients to the shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into glass.
Brown sugar simple syrup: On stovetop, heat up one cup of brown sugar to one cup of water and let it come to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.

Recipe: ‘Til WE Collapse
- 2 oz. Scotch
- 0.5 oz. lemon
- 0.5 oz. ginger honey syrup
- 1 oz. cream
- Egg white
- Lemon twist, to garnish
Add all ingredients in shaker, dry shake (shake without ice), add ice and continue shaking. Strain into glass with ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
Ginger Honey Syrup: Juice ginger, combine one cup of ginger juice to one cup of honey and half a cup of water to pot. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool and then strain.

- 1 ¼ oz. whiskey
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 8 oz. lager, chilled
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Cover and shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a mason jar partly filled with ice. Top with lager and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

- 4 oz. coconut rum
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 lime
- Club soda
- Lime wheels, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add coconut rum, the juice of 1 lime, and pineapple juice – shake until chilled. Pour into two highball glasses filled with ice, add a splash of club soda and a lime wheel for garnish, and serve!

- 2 strawberry-flavored popsicles
- 4 oz. gin
- 2 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Small bunch of basil leaves
- Lemon wheels, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add ice and gin and shake well. Strain the cocktail into a glass and add a popsicle. Garnish with lemon wheels.
