- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
- 2-3 dashes bitters
- Club soda
- Lemon twist, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, vermouth, and bitters. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon twist.

Recipe: Bacon Bourbon Breakup
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. maple syrup
- Dash of bitters
- Dash of orange bitters
- 1 orange slice
- 1 maraschino cherry
Place bacon on a baking sheet and brush with maple syrup. Pop into the oven and cook until crispy. Set bacon aside to cool. Combine any leftover bacon fat with bourbon and refrigerate. Once fat has solidified, filter the bourbon out. In a cocktail shaker, combine maple syrup, bitters and bourbon and shake. Pour in glass over ice and garnish with bacon strip, orange slice, and maraschino cherry.

- 2 cups pineapple rum
- 12 cubes of pineapple
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 2 oz. coconut cream
- 2 oz. powdered sugar
- ½ cup toasted coconut
- 12 maraschino cherries
- Wooden skewers
Soak pineapple in rum for one hour. In a separate bowl, whip coconut cream, heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Dip soaked pineapple chunks in whipped cream mixture followed by toasted coconut flakes. Place maraschino cherry through skewer and then through dipped pineapple chunk.

- 5 oz. chilled champagne
- 12 raspberries
- 12 lime wheels
Step 1: Combine rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and lime juice in pitcher. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.
Step 2: Stir punch and pour into punch bowl. Add raspberry ice and top with champagne. Stir once. Garnish with raspberries and lime wheels. Serve in small rocks glasses.
