OFFICIAL RULES

To enter WE tv’s Relationship Rehab with Dr. Ish Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules"). 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

AS FURTHER DETAILED BELOW, THE PRIZE CONSISTS OF A ONE-TIME VIRTUAL CONSULTATION WITH DR. ISH. THE CONSULTATION IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION EXPERIENCE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING, PSYCHOTHERAPY, MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS, OR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A THERAPIST-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. THE CONSULTATION IS NOT INTENDED TO ADDRESS EMERGENCIES, CRISIS SITUATIONS, OR ISSUES REQUIRING IMMEDIATE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE. IF WINNER IS EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCY, WINNER SHOULD CONTACT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OR EMERGENCY SERVICES. SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY OUTCOME OR BENEFIT THAT MAY RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONSULTATION.

1. SPONSOR: AMC Network Entertainment LLC ("Sponsor"), 11 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (and the age of majority in their state of residence) as of the date of entry (“Entrant” or “you”).Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes (or any component thereof), and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, as well as any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of the Love After Lock Up series, including, but not limited to “Relationship Rehab with Dr. Ish” ("Series") (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners must provide proof of U.S. residency upon request prior to prize award. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

    

   Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to modify these Rules at any time. Entrant is responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:30:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”), Friday September 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET, Thursday November 26, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) separate entry periods (each an “Entry Period(s)”), as set forth in the chart below. Non-winning entries WILL NOT roll over to subsequent Entry Periods. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIODS:

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: To participate, you will need to have a personal Instagram account. Creating an Instagram account is free but subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use. If entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. 

    

   For each Entry Period, one or more Sweepstakes post will be published on the Dr. Ish Instagram account (@dr_ish_major), in collaboration with WeTV’s official Instagram account (@wetv), (each a “Sweepstakes Post”). To enter the drawing for the applicable Entry Period, follow the instructions below (each qualifying submission, an “Entry”):

1. Follow @ dr_ish_major and @wetv on Instagram;

2. Like the specific Entry Period’s Sweepstakes Post; and

3. Comment on the specific Entry Period’s Sweepstakes Post by answering the question posed by @ dr_ish_major (the “Comment”). To be eligible, your Comment must be responsive to the prompt and comply with the Banned Content restrictions set forth below.

4. Entrant must maintain the same Instagram handle used to submit their Entry through the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment period so that Sponsor may verify eligibility and contact potential winners.

Entries may NOT include the following content (“Banned Content”):

1. Comments may not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.

2. Comments may not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.

3. Comments may not identify, reference, disclose, or request private, confidential, medical, mental health, therapeutic, financial, or other sensitive information concerning the Entrant or any third party.

4. Comments may not contain content that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is inconsistent with the spirit, purpose, or promotional nature of the Sweepstakes, or the positive image and goodwill with which Sponsor wishes to associate.

Language and themes contained in Entries will be evaluated by Sponsor based on content and societal acceptability. Sponsor may modify or edit any materials related to an Entry or request Entrants to do so, so that such materials meet such guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY AND ALL ENTRIES AND METADATA SUBMITTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE PUBLICLY VIEWABLE. ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEIR ENTRIES MAY BE REPOSTED BY THE PUBLIC OR OPEN TO PUBLIC COMMENTARY, FOR WHICH SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE.

Only Entries recorded through Instagram’s servers will be considered and Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may not receive Entries from Instagram users with private or protected accounts, due to each platform’s privacy policies, and therefore such Entries will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be made by an individual person and cannot be generated by a group, bot, or other automated means. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any Entry or Entrant which violates any of these Rules, the terms of service, community agreement, or privacy policy of Instagram or Sponsor.

5. Entry Limits: One (1) entry per person/household per Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period. 

6. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: There will be one (1) random drawing per Entry Period, for a total of three (3) random drawings conducted throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Potential Winners (as defined in Section 8) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries in that Entry Period. The drawings will take place on or around the following dates:

The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each Entry Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Following the random drawings, potential Winners will be notified by direct message from @wetv on Instagram and asked to provide their name, email address, and date of birth. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to contact the potential Winners via direct message to potential Winner’s social media handle(s). If a potential Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first such attempt, an additional and final attempt will be made. If a potential Winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of such final attempt, potential Winner will be disqualified without compensation of any kind. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to be bound by the Winner notification procedure set forth herein and acknowledge that Sponsor will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential Winner. If the potential prize winner cannot be contacted for any reason despite Sponsor’s commercially reasonable efforts to do so (for example, if notification to the potential prize winner is classified as “SPAM” or “junk”) the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting). 

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address reflected in the corresponding entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Potential Winners must complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

8. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One winner (“Winner”) from each Entry Period (three (3) Winners total) will receive one (1) one-hour long virtual conversation with Dr. Ish (the “Prize”). The Winner may, in the Winner’s sole discretion, include one (1) spouse, domestic partner, or significant other to participate in the consultation (the “Partner”), if supportive to the Topic (defined below) to be discussed during the consultation. The Prize is a promotional experience only and does not constitute therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or other professional services. Approximate Retail Value of all three Prizes is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).

By electing to include a Partner, the Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Partner will be permitted to hear, observe, and participate in the consultation, and that any decision to include a Partner is made solely at the Winner’s discretion and responsibility. Any Partner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the consultation and must execute and return Prize Claim Documents or other documentation requested by Sponsor or Dr. Ish prior to participation. If the Partner fails to timely execute and return all required documentation, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require the consultation to proceed without the Partner, and no additional compensation, substitution, or alternative prize will be provided.

Following verification of eligibility, Sponsor will provide Winner with contact information for Dr. Ish (or his representative) to coordinate redemption of the Prize directly. Sponsor will not participate, attend or receive information regarding the substance of any discussions. The Prize must be accepted and scheduled by May 31, 2027, or it will be forfeited. If Winner fails to attend the scheduled consultation, arrives late, cannot be contacted, or otherwise fails to participate as scheduled, the Prize may be deemed fully forfeited, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Winner. Winner and/or Partner may not record, photograph, livestream, screenshot, or otherwise capture or distribute any portion of the consultation without the prior written consent of Sponsor and Dr. Ish. If Dr. Ish becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel the Prize, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.

As a condition of receiving the Prize, Winner may be asked to submit in advance a general description of topic(s) they wish to discuss during the consultation (the “Topic”). Such description must be general in nature and must not include medical records, diagnoses, treatment history, prescription information, or other sensitive health information. Winner and Partner should not identify or provide personally identifiable information regarding any third party. Sponsor and Dr. Ish reserve the right to decline, modify, or limit discussion of any proposed topic in their sole discretion. Sponsor and Dr. Ish reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine whether a proposed discussion topic is appropriate for the consultation. Topics involving medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, ongoing litigation, criminal matters, threats of harm, emergencies, or other issues that would reasonably require professional medical, mental health, legal, or other licensed services may be excluded from discussion. Winner and Partner acknowledge that the consultation is not a healthcare service and that communications during the consultation are not subject to physician-patient, therapist-patient, or similar confidentiality protections. Sponsor and/or Dr. Ish reserve the right to terminate or discontinue the consultation if Winner or Partner engage in inappropriate conduct or attempts to obtain professional medical or mental health treatment through the consultation.Winner and Partner acknowledge that Sponsor is not selecting, approving, evaluating, or monitoring the topics discussed during the consultation and shall have no responsibility or liability arising from the substance of any discussion between Winner and/or Partner and Dr. Ish.

ANY AND ALL PRIZE-RELATED EXPENSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCAL TAXES, SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. WINNER WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THEIR PRIZE. WINNER FURTHER AGREES TO OTHERWISE FULLY COOPERATE WITH THE SPONSOR AS TO THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENTAL TAX-REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. 

The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a Prize/Prize element of comparable or equal value will be provided. Prize must be accepted as awarded. If any element of Prize is unused by Winner, no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded, and Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY RESULT, BENEFIT, OR OUTCOME ARISING FROM ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE. THE PRIZE IS A PROMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, THERAPEUTIC, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR SERVICES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, DISTRESS, DISSATISFACTION, OR OTHER CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the Prize. By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, social media handles, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city/state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winners’ list (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Following completion of the Prize consultation, Sponsor may request that Winner and/or Partner submit a brief written or video testimonial regarding their experience with Dr. Ish. Any such testimonial may be used, published, displayed, distributed, and otherwise exploited by Sponsor in accordance with the rights granted under these Official Rules.

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted to Sweepstakes Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or the Website or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer/mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR THE AWARDING OF PRIZES, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. DISPUTES: BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT. PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT: (I) ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY -- WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION -- BY BINDING ARBITRATION (BY A SINGLE NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR SELECTED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION) ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES AND THE SUPPLEMENTARY PROCEDURES FOR CONSUMER RELATED DISPUTES (THE “AAA RULES”) THEN IN EFFECT; (II) ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE HEARD BY ONE ARBITRATOR TO BE SELECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AAA RULES, IN NEW YORK, NY; (III) UNLESS BOTH PARTICIPANT AND SPONSOR AGREE IN WRITING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS, AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; AND (IV) JUDGMENT UPON ANY AWARD RENDERED MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF. IF A PARTY FULLY COMPLIES WITH AN AWARD, THEN THE PARTIES AGREE THAT DISCLOSURE OF THAT AWARD IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROTECT A LEGAL DUTY AND THE AWARD MUST BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.

12. PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, e-mail address and/or other information to third parties, for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner’s list. Personal information collected from entrants are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.amcnetworks.com/network-privacy-policy/.  

13. WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of the Prize winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: WE tv’s Relationship Rehab with Dr. Ish Sweepstakes, c/o AMC Networks Entertainment LLC, 11 Penn Plaza, 17^th Floor, NY, NY 10001. All such requests must be received by December 31, 2026.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR META PLATFORMS, INC. BY ENTERING VIA INSTAGRAM, PARTICIPANTS FULLY RELEASE INSTAGRAM FROM ANY LIABILITY. ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS THAT ENTRANT IS PROVIDING THEIR INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM. AS SUCH, PLEASE DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PROMOTION TO SPONSOR.
