Behind the Bar: Tira-missing You

Recipe: Tira-missing You

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Irish Cream liqueur
- 1.5 oz. vodka
- .5 cup heavy cream
- 3 oz. espresso
- .5 oz. chocolate cinnamon syrup
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Kit Kat to garnish
Directions:
In a separate glass add heavy cream, Irish Cream liqueur, chocolate cinnamon syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to whip this mixture for 3 minutes. Set aside. In a cocktail glass add espresso and vodka. Stir. Layer the cream mixture onto the espresso. Garnish with a Kit Kat.
